Good experience overall. Friendly and courteous and professional staff. Breakfast area was tight and crowded. Good variety and choice of items. Outside appearance was good but exterior lighting illuminated the inside of the room and the light could not be sealed out since the drapes were fixed and could not be closed. Room and bathroom were clean. Mattress was comfortable but not so the pillows.

This was our first time staying with Best Western hotels. Had an excellent experience from checking in to check out. Employees very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and quite accommodating. They seem to reflect the general managers vision and team effort. I would definitely return and may I add highly recommend anyone to stay here. Worth every penny* In the words of. Arnold... I'll Be Back!!! :)))

Very nice and good location close to highway. Room was Quiet. Excellent breakfast with 99 restaurant in building and Ground Round on Property. We did not have the normal Handicapped room as it as a very busy weekend. We had the Executive suite which was spacious, huge accessible bathroom. Space was more than we needed but not really handicapped accessible due to heavy doors and lintels on the way into and through the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last 6 months, and found it to be very clean, the beds super comfortable, and the staff friendly and accommodating. The pool has windows onto a courtyard and tables and chairs, it's a nice set up. At breakfast they have a waffle making machine that went over very well with the kids, and they make good scrambled eggs. We took the train up to Plattsburgh both trips and the hotel sent a mini bus to pick us up and drop us off at the station. They will pick you up from the bus station as well. This last trip I sent some boxes in advance and they stored them till I got there, and they were totally nice about it. The staff here is great and they will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable.

Totally enjoyed my stay here! Everyone was very polite and helpful with a couple questions we had. The place is clean, showers hot, bed comfortable. Loved, loved the pool and the breakfast was great! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone! Thank you! Cheryl
