Room was extremely nice with an easy chair, table with 2 chairs and a separate desk with office chair. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. Room and public areas were very clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly and efficient. Great choice in Rockwall.

This is by far the worst hotel I have visited. When I first arrived I stood at the front desk and had to repeatedly yell for someone to come check us in. After that didn't work, I called the district office and notified them that I was at this location and there was no staff readily available. They were able to call and have a staff member come help us. They apologized and got us checked in. Once inside the room things only got worse! It reeked of mildew, the bedding was visibly worn and the toilet did not work properly. I also unfolded a towel to use and found that it was full of holes. The air conditioner was loud and the air coming out of it smelled of mold and or mildew. We even tried opening a window to rid the room of the smell but even that did not help. We intended to stay two days but we could not justify paying for such subpar accommodations another night! If we were visiting a third world country I would have understood the substandard room and service but this is the U.S. Best Western Plus Rockwall was very disappointing to say the least.

This is a hotel I have spent many nights at in the past five years. The staff is amazing! They are extremely helpful and friendly and make everything so easy and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful and presented by a lady that makes everyone feel like family. The hotel is always clean and comfortable and staff is right there with any need you might have. I have traveled a lot and it definitely wins my vote as one of the top hotels. Of course it also helps that my grandson loves to get to come to the indoor pool in December!

I stayed at the Best Western Plus Rockwall Inn & Suite last week while I was in Texas visiting all my ex's. This was a great place to stay. Great location, wonderful breakfast and even better staff. The lady at the front desk was a great help. She helped me get booked into my room and assisted me with all my needs. The rooms were nice and neat. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone, and I know where I'm going to stay the next time I'm down.

Highway noise was minimal which helped me sleep through the night without being kept up. Water got nice & hot for a great shower.
