From the crew of floating docks we have been in this hotel for over a year. The staff here has been wonderful. We have maintained at least three rooms at all times. The manager Kim, Heather,, Mindy, and Kayla have always been more than helpful if we've had a problem with anything. I just want to thank them for all they've done for us and we look forward when we come back in the future.

Ms. Gatusani, I am very sorry you had a disappointing experience when checking in at our hotel. Many of our guests enjoy cooking meals in their in-room kitchenettes. Occasionally the aroma is temporarily present in the corridor but soon vanishes. Cleanliness is very important to us and to that end we have regularly scheduled pest control service completed to keep insects out of the hotel. While one may come in a door when opened, we are proud that our guests enjoy our hotel free of insects. On the rare occasion when one does sneak in, we have our pest control company provide unscheduled service to be sure it is controlled. Our offering of clean, safe and affordable lodging may not have been what you needed at the time. Should you have such needs in the future, I hope you will try us again. Mike - Woodspring Suites

Friendly staff were super helpful and answered all questions. Room are basic but clean and cheap.
