The customer service was endearing. Upon checking in my husband was stung by some bees in the shrubbery hedge near the parking. We informed the young lady at the counter and she was genuinely concerned. She also said that it would be taken care of immediately and have the nest removed. The rooms were exceptionally well decorated and more importantly, clean.

The room was nice and spacious. Big bathroom and clean. Located very close to Walmart. Being that I checked in after 1am there was nothing else open except a gas station up the road. The area was very nice, I would stay again.

One of my worst experience at this particular location I had the opportunity to stay in many other best western nation wide but here the rooms are dirty the carpet wet after you check in and full of dog hair and the smell that brings that type of combination let me tell you is for you imagination the people that works at the front desk are not very friendly specially the night shift I guess they are not doing their job correctly i was trying to make a reservation the other day after driving 1200 from FL and was late the way the front desk Handel the costumer service to the people is not a civilized way i guess this individuals need to be more prepared there is classes being offer for how to threat people when working in a simple job like a costumesr service represents now days respect is just a word of decoration for this hotels unfortunately my bank card wasn't working got lock I park at the parking lot to make a phone call to see what was going on with my bank card and they call the police because I was park at the location honestly was an experience full of ignorance out there is more people qualify and capable with better understanding to do a better job don't recommend this place very dirty. so 0 stars

We had my daughter's Sweet 16th birthday party in the conference room. The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. Our out of town guest loved the family feel of the hotel. Thank you Best Western team.

Great place to stay in Wylie. We found the bed to be comfortable, the shower was hot with good pressure from a giant waterfall showerhead, the room has microwave and fridge, all for a very fair price. Breakfast is complimentary with the regular breads and pastries, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, waffle iron, etc, but also has hot food that changes day to day- scrambled eggs, cheese omelette, sausage patties & links, biscuits and gravy. Satisfying way to start the day. The staff is terrific and very pleasant. Specifically Abby and Blue are wonderful and sincerely care about people and making sure they are happy.
