I've been traveling and staying in hotels for years and this was by far the best stay I've ever had at a hotel. This is the first time I ever went away for leisure but I'm planning on booking more stays at the hotel over the next few months because it's a great place to get away for a night or two. I stayed in room 310, a room with one of the spa baths. It was absolutely amazing, the jaccuzi was warm and comfortable for my fiance and I and definitely one of our favorite parts. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I even requested a late check out and they signed me up for their rewards program, for free. We ended up getting a later check out at 2pm instead of 11am which was nice because we got some extra time to sleep in and clean up before heading out. The only thing that could use some work is the complimentary breakfast, neither of us really liked anything that they were serving. Other than that, the hotel was nice and next time we're planning on staying for a long weekend instead of just one night. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in years. Fantastic and I’m talking about FANTASTIC breakfast, and a great staff. Always clean, smells great in their too. Very pleased with my stay - however as of 4/22/18 the pool is being romodeled so that might be a major issue for some families.

This hotel was lovely. Very quiet and relaxing. The therapeutic pool was wonderful and the breakfast was great. I will stay here and only here from now on every visit. The room was nice and clean and the water ran fantastic. The front desk lady ways so helpful and down to earth .

This hotel is very very very clean. And it looks better than what you're paying for. This Hotel can compete with it even the biggest chains. Whenever I go to Sandusky this os the only place I'll stay. The staff are always friendly and professional. This hotel is so nice you'd swear you were staying at a high-end Hotel or resort.

Checked in at 1 an with my mother an 9 month old front desk lady was extremely pleasant for 1 am i wanted to check out the room first which she had no issue doing for me ( we’ve stayed at some crappy hotels before so i like to check the room before we book) anyways the room is big lots of space comfortable beds with a couch desk and table there was plenty of room for my pack n play bathroom super clean an everything is very updated no smoking smells or loud noises. Also since we had a late check in the front desk women gave us a discounted rate. Very pleased we could to Sandusky twice a year an we will always be staying at the best western from now on!
