The staff was wonderful, our room was clean and service was prompt. The adult slides at the park were down during my family’s visit, but I’d rather the slide be down until fully repaired than to have one of my family members harmed. The front desk staff was very professional, welcoming and helpful. Will definitely return. Great place if you have younger children, older ones may become bored, but they do have an arcade, which was an unexpected surprise.

New owners and investors are working very hard to bring this hotel and water park back to a great attraction. There's a lot of time and expense that needs put in yet. That being said it was as clean as most other hotels, staff was friendly and attentive and accommodating. If you keep in mind this is a hotel being worked on and be understanding of that then you'll have a fun time. The kids, shag eleven and seven, had fun. However their to largest complaints: the arcade was small, with outdated games that mostly didn't work (front desk was great about refunding money as needed). The second is the four adult slides were closed for replacement. But they still had a blast.

The kids (and adults too) had a blast. Everyone on staff was super nice and made our stay even more enjoyable. When we didn't have any regular coffee in our room they apologized and cheerfully ran us up 3 more packs. It was a great overall experience. They are not as fancy or shiny as say a Great Wolf Lodge and that's why I have them 4 our of 5 stars. Still great value for the money and great staff!

Wow - what a train wreck! Didn’t find out until we arrived that ALL of the slides were out of service. That should have been warning enough, but we decided to stay. Half of the lower attractions were closed too - I’m guessing it’s not equipment related but due to a shortage of lifeguards. Place looks like it’s literally falling down in disrepair. Rust everywhere, some of the pipe hangers looked ready to rust through? Oh, and then they closed both the hot tub (with no working jets) and the lazy river because someone had pooped in them. Apparently the there was a serial pooper loose during our visit. Don’t waste your money here, I wouldn’t come back if it was free.

A total of three visits in a span of one year, but that's it. This place keeps getting worst. From the time we arrived on our last visit, you can't help but notice clearly they don't have enough employees; half the water park was closed due to shortage of life guards, and half the life guards on duty seem to be inexperienced or maybe not trained for the job. Only one ice machine working in the whole complex. Everything is in bad need of maintenance and cleaning, from the floors to walls to hallways, bathrooms, carpet and everything in between. Our last trip lasted two days. On the second day we had to call several times to get the room to be cleaned. Finally, around 4 o'clock, an overworked lady came over with towels and sheets, and no cleaning supplies like shampoo or soap. she barley had time to change the king bed sheets and had to run, she had more rooms to finish and the day is almost over. Tried to call the service desk several times, it just keeps ringing and no one there to answer. The employees seem to be doing everything they can with very little resources at their disposals. Not going there again ever. I paid almost $530 for two nights and vowed not to set foot in there again.
