First off, what a lame name. Time to get a new one already.

In summary, this place is one of those traps on a trip to LA you could fall into easily. As a tourist, they take you from the hotel directly to their rental office based on request for a typical rental car. Then they will up-sell on the luxury car brands and cash in on your desire for a nicer ride in town (cliche...) followed by random price call-outs! Once you return the vehicle, they will try to claim dings and dents and charge you again. The people working there are quite stubborn and will turn on you once the car is returned. Suggest anyone to avoid if possible. If not, then request to leave and go to the bigger rental companies who are more reliable anyways.

Rented from them on my trip to LA. Great fast service and a nice choice of cars to choose from.

I rented a convertible mustang after learning just about every place in the area was sold out of economy cars.  The price was slightly higher than an economy, but what a car.  Everything was flawless, they dropped the car off at my hotel as well as dropped me off at the airport at the end.  No hidden fees, no BS, very nice staff.

Be aware, they chare a voluntary premium surcharge, and they claim its just same as tax, novel way to rip you off
