Great experience with this company! We got picked up last minute because they were closed during the weekends, without hesitation. The driver was very nice in telling us things to do as we were visiting. When we got to the office, the manager (a woman I forgot her name) was sick but still made it in to take care of costumers. A woman was there getting very irate with her and she never lost control or became rude. She continued trying to help as best she could. The other workers were very nice as well. Kudos to the whole team! Thanks for a great experience guys. We also got a ride home so that saved us from having to catch an uber. Will try again when in town.

I often rent from the location at 7100 Beverly Blvd and I always receive excellent service. Staff uses my name to greet me. They are very courteous and professional

My experience with Enterprise was excellent. Easy to reserve car and we were upgraded at no expense because the car we requested was not available. This was great for us. Staff was helpful.

Won't honor reservations, purposely keeps super high end cars on hand to force you into an upgrade.  Don't bother asking for the district manager,  they'll lie, evade and then give you the wrong number.   So much for a nice family business,  more like the mob.

Wonderful caring staff, go above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly, even having the manager of the location call me personally to make sure that the whole process was up to my expectation. For all your car rental needs, I highly recommend that you rent from this Enterprise location. They are simply the best. A huge shout-out to the wonderful, caring staff!!
