I got a great deal on renting a Lamborghini Huracan Roadster with Regency Car Rentals. The car was outstanding but the service was want made me write a review. Thank you Diany for helping me and making the process so easy. I called several other LA exotic car rental companies but your service and great pricing made me rent from you. I run an auto repair shop and know how important service is for clients. You guys showed me you truly car about your clients and I would recomend your company to anyone wanting to rent a exotic car in Los Angeles. My girlfriend loved the car. I still can't believe the amazing deal you gave me. Just don't tell her she thinks I paid like twice as much...Thanks everyone at Regency Car Rentals.

I want to thank you for the amazing luxury car rental experience! Your service was 5 Star and the Rolly Royce Dawn was extraordinary. Made our weekend absolutly incredible. Obviously those bad reviews on Google are fake. You guys did a great job helping me get the car I wanted on the dates I needed. I know I was a difficult client with lots of questions but Diany did a wonderful job helping me through the process. I will recommend your company to anyone. 5 Stars guys!

horrible horrible SERVICE DO NOT RENT HERE ! I HEARD OF THIS COMPANY THROUGH A FRIEND AND GAVE THEM A CALL AND THE LITTLE GIRL WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE SOUNDED LIKE SHE WAS BARELY AWAKE AND TALKED IN A LOW VOICE SHE DIDDNT KNOW WHAT CARS SHE HAD AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT. SAID SHED CALL ME BACK BUT NEVER CALLED ME. I CALLED HER AND SHE SAID BASICALLY BLEW ME OFF AND TOLD ME TO GO RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE

Horrible service. You never get a car on time. They promise you something and you get something else. Their employees  never call you back after they say they will. Not sure how this business  even got any postive reviews. They are bad at what they do and liers.

Excellent. 

I dealt with Kevin originally who was really helpful and took the time to understand the nature of my trip. He ensured that I got the car that I wanted (red Mustang). Upon pick up the car was in excellent condition and Arno was really cool and I felt like he really cared about his client's enjoyment. Not only did he provide me with a great car, but also gave me some awesome tips for my trip. 
I had no problems in dropping the car off and got my full deposit back.
I cannot emphasise how pleased I was with every aspect of this.

Will use again and would actively recommend.
