Story

BGW Dental Group serves patients at our office on Vine Street across from the North Patient Tower of Northeast Georgia Medical Center. We are a family oriented, comprehensive dental practice specializing in general, pediatric, cosmetic and laser dentistry. We ensure quality care for all of our patients by providing a variety of dental services from emergency procedures, teeth whitening treatments to sedation dentistry. It is our goal is to help you attain and support optimal oral health for a lifetime.

BGW Dental Group-My recent visit for my checkup and teeth cleaning was as expected; a great experience. My dental hygienist Taylor was awesome in insuring my comfort as she performed her duties. Much appreciated Taylor keep up the great work! Dr. Wood, DDS is exceptional with his care to his patients and frankly, he is the best dentist my family has ever had. He always takes the time to provide me detailed responses to my questions..which are numerous at times! Thanks to Lori too who always greets you with a smile and remembering your first name. If you are looking or considering a change in your families Dental Care then I encourage you to schedule an introductory visit to discuss your needs and expectations of your families dental care with the professionals at BGW Dental. My family has been a patient under there care for 10+ years.

I've always had a wonderful experience at BGW Dental and recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. I don't like going to the dentist but I enjoy having clean teeth afterward. They make it as comfortable as possible and try to make the visit less stressful with their wonderful personalities and great service. They are friendly and great at what they do!

I would like to start by saying that this was the best experience I have ever had in a medical office. I was greeted at the front door with smiles and a warm welcome. The ladies at the front, Lori and Jenifer were absolutely stunning. They got me checked in quickly and offered refreshments and asked me to make myself at home. Soon after that I was given a tour of the gorgeous office and shown to my exam room. Every associate that we met along the way there greeted me warmly and with genuine smiles. Dr. Bennett made his appearance shortly after that and initiated our consultation by asking me about myself, which surprised me. Most doctors seem to rush and are less than concerned about their patients as people. He was knowledgeable and gave me several opportunities to ask questions. Very approachable and affable, I liked him a lot. From start to finish, it was so refreshing. I was treated like family and I would like to thank everyone at the office who made efforts to make sure I felt valued and welcomed there. If you hate going to the dentist as much as most people do, I couldn't give a better recommendation than I could to this office. Without a doubt, the BEST staff and dental care providers you could ask for. Did I mention they give you a goody bag? Yeah. A goody bag and freebies. Tell them I referred you!!

I had my upper wisdom teeth removed in 2014 at their old office location. They were great then, and they are still fantastic! Their new office is incredible - and I called today and was hoping to book an appointment for an exam/cleaning and concerns about my lower wisdom teeth. They were able to squeeze me in THE SAME DAY, and from the time I arrived to the time I left, EVERY SINGLE person I interacted with was absolutely incredible. I know not everyone loves going to the dentist, but they made it as painless as possible. Not only did they humor me with my idiosyncrasies, they also explained about the nerves in my gums, about my teeth, and helped me prepare for my next steps in regards to my wisdom teeth. Dr. Green was the sweetest, and my Hygienist was super funny and very kind. I was referred by a friend, and I immediately made my husband his first appointment on the way out the door. SO happy to finally have a dentist I can trust, and one that I know my family and I will be using for years to come!

My primary dentist's office was closed for several days and I woke up with what felt like a dental emergency. However, BGW quickly and efficiently got me an appointment and into their system. I had to bring my infant along with me (emergency childcare can be crazy expensive), and not only was the staff kind and gracious toward me, but they just gushed over my daughter. They even gave us a private room so I could nurse her after my appointment! The appointment itself was quick and efficient, and I felt extremely taken care of. Would HIGHLY recommend this business.
