I read the other reviews and just had to wonder what happened to me with Dr. Toms.We spent 15.000.00 in his office, for all kind of dental work for me. a month later we were on our dream cruise for 15 days to Hawaii, and one of the very front tooth fell out on the second day of the cruise,, 
I hope any one that reads this can imagine what the other 13 days were like plus the flight home.as our port we cruised from was in Ca. I was at the office the following morning when we finally got home, and Carol the office mgr took me to the lab, to make sure that this never happen again,, We were in the process of a move to Fl. I went the next day and the teeth were wrong.. Carol offered to even pay for them to be corrected, As I stated earlier we were in the processing of moving out of state and I did not have time to go through the whole process again.. So I had to leave very unhappy with my teeth after spending 15,000.00.  While we were in Fl. My husband got lung cancer, We could not afford both homes, the one in Ga. and the one in Fl. the one in Ga. was not being taken care of so we came back to Ga. I was happy to come back to Ga , as I felt that I could finally get my teeth fixed,, also they had  started to crack. I called Carol as soon as I could,, It had been almost two years. about a year and a half,, but I was sure that Carol would keep her word and all would be good, after all in the office. all of them, including Dr. Toms claimed to be people of  God.. I was utterly surprised at how rudely I was treated and then I received a letter from Dr Toms that he could no longer be my Dentist... I have emailed and emailed,, They broke my heart,, I really like Carol and I trusted her, I had given her about 30 suits worth about 5000.00.   I was an office manager and bought very nice clothes,, She took them and never offed me a penny for them. I did not asked as I like her and told her that I would give them to her , and wanted to keep my word  So not only did Dr Toms do a very bad job on my teeth, that have fallen out and cracked, lost 15.000.00 there. I lost 5000.00 in clothes.. Please I begged anyone that reads this,DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE !! THEY SURE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME.. I just cannot understand why Carol would offer to pay , and then change her mind. maybe it was because she knew I was moving and could not stay long the time it would take to go through the process again,and never meant it from the beginning,, but,, I believed her and trusted her,,, As far as Dr Toms.. he did not care at all. He was horrible, They broke my heart and I am so ashamed of my teeth..Please ....STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE,, THEY WILL TAKE FROM YOU EVERYTHING YOU HAVE AND do not care at all. They just want your money,, The tooth that Dr. Toms pulled hurts me still so bad, and I have no money to find out even what he did to me...
My husband is in remission so God does answer prayers,, but Dr Toms must be in league with the Devil,, He is not a nice man and Carol will not tell the truth. Dr Toms and his staff will smile , act nice and take your money and stab you in the back,, Very bad Dentist,,. This is exactly how this happen, and I just do not want anyone else to get hurt financially and emotionally, as I have. Thank you, Ann Taylor

Dr. Toms and all of his staff are just fantastic. Never thought anyone could make my teeth look good again. He worked very hard and he is the best. Knows how to exactly know what to do and how to do the best. 
So many people tell me I look so much younger with my beautiful smile. Thanks Dr. Toms.

I have been coming to see Patrick for two years now and every time has been such a wonderful experience! Patrick takes the time to talk about any problems or questions you may have and he's always given great feed back. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I look forward to my visits with him! The office is so nice and the lady's up front are so sweet and welcoming!

I have a 27 year old special needs daughter who is mentally 3-5 years of age. She is also very tactilely defensive. Dr. Toms and his staff are always kind and gentle with her, are able to actually get her to cooperate and have been able to pull a tooth and do a small cavity repair and fill without sedation. She even looks forward to going to the dentist.  I have tried several dentists over her life span and we have been with Dr. Toms for maybe 4 years now. He and his staff are the BEST I've come across for her treatment. It's worth the drive from Cumming to his office in Gainesville for the top notch care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Toms for over ten years and every experience has been exceptional. He is a kind and courteous individual and sincerely cares about the wellbeing of his patients. His personal service is beyond compare and goes out of his way to make sure your needs are met. His staff is caring, thoughtful and always willing to help. This office not only makes you comfortable but like you are part of their family. I highly recommend Dr. Toms to anyone seeking a dentist.
