I brought my bike in for repair and was very happy with the assistance that the staff provided.  They were patient and answered all my questions, even though the bike was not bought at their store.   Thank-you!

Can’t say enough about how nice and competent the bike technician was when I brought my bike in to fix a flat rear tire yesterday. Not only did he fix my tire, but also made a few other minor adjustments and didn’t charge me extra. As a bonus he recommended a couple of local trails for me to check out. Will definitely come back with my bike when I need a tuneup.  FYI....my bike is a Diamondback, not a Trek.

Was there for a Garmin GPS. Christian hooked me up with a GPS that suited what I needed. He didn't try to oversell me more than I needed. He also threw in a quick bike check and lubed some friction areas. Took his time even though the store was very busy. Very pleased with the level of service in this store.

I have bought 3 bikes and have sent numerous family and friends over to see Billy at Trek Bicycle.   Always a friendly, and clean atmosphere.  The staff is always on point and very knowledgeable, from the basics, to the most cutting edge technology and techniques.  I will most definitely be going back and will continue sending my own their way.

Wondered into the Trek store the other day to look at getting a new bike. First person I talked to was Billy he stopped working on the bike he was servicing and helped me right away. I ended up with a new Trek Dual Sport 3. Awesome bike and great service. Highly recommend.
