My first visit today. Chelsea (I am bad with names, I hope that is her name) was very knowledgeable and pleasant. They have great selection of accessories and bikes for all types of cyclist.

Took my bike in for small unknown issue. Both Michael and Travis took the time to listen to me and check out my bike. Michael took it go a test ride and Travis removed the rear cogs to inspect and add some grease. In the end nothing wrong. These guys helped me for 20 minutes at no charge. You could not ask for better service. Would not repair a bike anywhere else in town. Fast honest service.

I don't ever rate anything but today I felt the need. Was just there, started off being told it would take a while to fix my bike. Another worker came in from helping someone outside and told me that he could help the first guy and get me on my way while I wait. The experience was so nice I bought I few more items than I originally planned to buy. Thxs for the helpful attitude. It won't go unnoticed today. Will be back

I was fitted for my tri bike by Perry and he did an awesome job. He really took the time to listen, absorb my feedback and make changes that made me more comfortable and faster.

Love Landis. I have purchased 2 bikes here and a Yakima roof rack; it's where I send my friends (2 have bought 3 bikes of their own). They also do great service work and have a good selection of accessories. They are a trek dealer, local to Arizona for over 100 years.
