I came with a party of 3, and despite ordering the exact same thing (3 lattes and 3 breakfast sandwiches) staff served us only 2/3's of our order. Meaning that we all had to wait for the rest of the order to be ready while those who had been served were forced to eat a cold sandwich by the time the last of our order was delivered. Lattes were decent, but the milk needed to be steamed longer. The vanilla latte had good flavor, but again the milk should have been steamed longer to get the full flavor body and proper consistency. Seating is limited but it's a quaint set up. Staff was polite despite their underwhelming service. The price certainly wasn't worth the quality of the fare nor experience.

My favorite local neighborhood spot. Not without its quirks, I'm always down for a coffee or an evening cocktail at big bear. Love smashing one of their breakfast burritos in the morning before work. Service is always a little slow but that's half the charm.

Gem of my neighborhood. Awesome outdoor patio, cozy indoor seating and delicious food and drinks. Excellent customer service. Have yet to try their lunch or dinner menu but I love their breakfast menu!

Ok spot...I've seen the outdoor seating fill up quickly during warm days and needed breakfast, so i stopped here today. I sat down and shared a table with a fellow laptopper no one ever came to ask me if I wanted to order something. I guess it's not that kind of place but I didn't know that. I ordered a burger at the counter on my way out when I was done looking at my laptop and the bacon was great but the burger was smaller than the bread and the bread was a little dense to be burger bread, but I sorta enjoyed my salad. I need to remember to ask what is going to be in salad when I order it since I don't eat carrots or raw onions. Everyone there is friendly, and they brought the food to my table once I ordered it, but you have to bus your own plates. I think the venue has stuff that people would enjoy And the space is good for working and hanging out.

The reason why always keep on coming back here is cause of their amazing customer service. These guys are just the best. Plus they give out free coffee to regular customers once in a while. Best guys ever.
