Food was cold, tasted like it had been sitting under luke-warm lamps for hours, unfriendly staff, flavorless, just all around not good. If I was less passive aggressive, I would have gone up and argued to get something from that hot foods section of the “food court” or my money back, versus just leaving an honest review.  Live and learn

I've gone here multiple times because it's close to work... and I keep thinking "that had to be a fluke, right?" It's not a fluke. It is ALWAYS slow. I think it may be one particular staff member (who's been working every time I was there). She never tells the cook when she's low or OUT of something until someone orders it and she doesn't have enough to fill the order--even for something like cream cheese wontons. I ordered some today and she said they hadn't even been prepped yet. I asked how long a wait, and she said she didn't even know. I just left. Sad because I love Big Bowl food, but this "Express" location is just slow beyond measure.

I find it ironic how it’s called Big Bowl “Express,” when your experience will be the exact opposite. While the food quality is OK, this location is consistently understaffed, which means expect to wait at least 15 minutes for anything.

I really like the food, it's low quality Chinese food which I for some reason like. What I don't like is the fact that the employee let the customer in front of me sample two things with the same fork. Like...ate as piece of chicken, handed it back, and they used the dirty fork to fish out more chicken. That's probably like...not allowed? Anyways, food there still tastes good, just comes with germs

Always lukewarm food... always lukewarm to lukecold.  Always!  Their steam tables are  ineffective junk!  Heat lamps are worthless.  Might as well shine a flashlight on the entrees.
