Worst experience at a Boston market in any state we have ever been to. The food all looked burnt or ever cooked. The person behind the counter cutting the chicken was talking very loudly to another guest  about his cavity in his mouth that was painful, smelly and rotted out his mouth. The older  woman was very rude but did a lot of cleaning during our visit but didn’t seem to accomplish any actual cleaning. She made us wait to enter the restaurant because she was wiping the doors and finally let us in and watched struggle with the doors and didn’t even move out of the way to let us pass. And the gentleman being the counter introduced himself as Christian was not very pleasant and was incorrectly quoting the prices on the menu. The lady again was not very trained on the register, wadded up my receipt and laid it on the counter and said “I’m done” and I had to get my own drink cup. When I went to get a drink another employee walked up and in front of me to fix his drink. Over all a bad experience, which I have never had at any Boston Market before.

My fiancé and I LOVE coming here for dinner. This has fast food prices with sit down restaraunt style class and service. Tonight, Cesar not only took our order but went above and beyond to carry it out to our table. It’s those little customer service touches that make a difference. In addition, Boston Market portions are the best deal around- I usually get the dark chicken meal, which comes with two generous sides and a cornbread all for under $10- I always bring home half because I can’t eat it all!

I love their food. I catered Thanksgiving and Christmas,  my family was very satisfied.  Good service too.

Boston Market in St Louis Park is consistently good. Their employees are professional and the restaurant is clean, the food delicious.

If I order a meal for 5 to go and you put plastic wear in the bag, why on earth would you only put two sets? I asked for them and he said they were in the bag...idiot Even if you are not that smart you should have thought of it when I asked toy for FIVE plates to go with my FIVE family meal... Then you just threw my change on the counter and barely said anything. I would have just said something to compliment your ignorance but I needed to get home to my kids and the way your attitude was set up, I would have caught a case dealing with you.
