This past Friday while eating lunch here in St. Louis park another customer started yelling and being overtly angry and aggressive. The staff and management were berated and verbally abused by this gentleman. His anger made the whole room uncomfortable and people started leaving and just standing up in readiness. Again the manager stood calm and patient. While he shook his hand at her. She stayed clam throughout this  attack of intimidation. The food was great that day. The staffed handled this every well. Thank you.

If you value your time, don’t waste it here waiting for them to make a burrito. It not that there are a lot of people that actually go here, it just seem like it because the staff is unbelievably slow at making burritos. This is mainly due to the fact that they are constantly running out of key ingredients. I used to go this location several times a week, but have started going the uptown location instead because it’s literally faster to drive there and back than it is to spend eternity waiting at the SLP location.

9 times out of 10, I never have issues with Chipotle.  

Sometimes the lines can be a little long during peak times, but usually the line moves fairly swiftly.  The biggest hangup is usually customer-related with not knowing how to order or what they want even though the ingredients are right in front of them.  

I never eat in, so I can't vouch for how clean the tables are, but the condiment area is usually pretty clean (unless you're there during the lunch mob).  

The last time I tried to order online (They had just added that ability at the time), my food was NEVER ready on time and I would have been better off standing in line and would have gotten out of there in less time, but I haven't ordered ahead in ages, so it may have gotten better with time.

This place is terrible. The staff at lunch have a hard time understanding what it is you are asking for and you have to repeat yourself several times for the to get it right. And then you have to keep asking for them to add more to your order cause the will skimp on ingredients. For instance I order a bowl with Barbacoa wad not paying attention to what was going on cause my co-worker was fighting with the order taker with his order. When I got to a table to eat.i began to look for the Barbacoa in my bowl and to my surprise there were two bites.

I would give this zero stars but it doesn’t let me. This is the dirtiest chipotle ever. They have a mess on the line. Their employees are lazy. And they don’t anything, literally no chicken, no lettuce, no carnitas, steak is raw, no cheese, no rice. And the worst part it’s only 8pm. I have never been more disappointed in my life. They need a new management ASAP!!!!
