Great company! Jeremy was amazing at answering all our questions and being super helpful! We were a little iffy working with them, as one of our neighbors told us about a poor experience with a different company. After speaking with Jeremy, and getting all our questions answered, we were fully comfortable with the company! 10/10 great service!!!!

Very convenient! They picked up & will drop off free! Only a 2 hr notice to access ur stuff too!

The drop off of the boxes was easy and as advertised. They also have a few great customer service staff members that carry the business. But they do not have a clear policy of how they charge for time extension for use of boxes that are left on your property. I needed to extend the use of my boxes by a week for my tenants who had pulled everything from the garage so that we could repair a leak. I called big box and listened to the message that played to let me know how I could reschedule my box pickup by speaking with a customer service rep. It goes on to tell me if I call 24 hrs in advance there will be no additional fee for changing my pick up date. I was well with in that so I requested a change. The service rep was happy to help and let me know that and additional week of rent would be charged to my card. I agreed and left it at that. I called back the following week as I need to change the time again because repairs had been set back. The rep I spoke to was angry that I needed to change my pick up date ( i was well with in the 24 hour change policy). The next thing I know, my tenant was charged for another full month. I called back and said that there must be some mistake. The reply was no there was no mistake we only do full month charges no proration. I was never informed of this policy and I could not find it on the website. There was also complete disregard for asking them to charge my credit card and not my tenants credit card. I asked them three times to charge my card and they continued to charge my tenant. This business could be a great service for many different storage needs and I imagine if you simply need storage for moving purposes that you would not have any issues with them. If you need storage for any type of remodel or home repair where your not quite sure of number of days you will need storage based on construction timelines, this would not be your best choice. ___________________ 7/10/2017 ________________ I just got off the phone with Brian and he went above and beyond to make good on our previous situation. I have changed my review on Big Box Storage to reflect their sincere desire to improve on their business and be the storage company that provides solutions with ease and excellent customer care.
