This location is fabulous because of the customer service. Tom called me early in the morning to talk about my reservation and to explain what the process to rent the unit was (you can read it online as well but basically it is about first come, first serve.) He let me know there were more people interested and that I had to be quick if I really wanted the unit. Luckily the first people coming didn't take it and I was able to. Tom is extremely helpful and he is really charismatic. The key of a great service is always the frist impressions. Our business was a 100% successful. I was happy with the interaction with the manager and the process until the storage was 'mine'. Definitely I will tell anyone that if they have what you need to come here. What's better than to have a friendly manager who takes time to explain you the contract and willing to help you in everything he can? OH, first month FREE!!

My husband and I liked Bo Pearson right away. He did not have that correct size unit we needed but assured us he would have one at our time frame. Sure enough he called us to let us know he had one available. Bo was very professional, personable, and excellent follow through. A well run and clean facility. A definite and secure place to store your belongings!!

Great customer service. Tom was so kind and gave me helpful and honest advice. I even called the other property (to compare avail units) and Mike was great too.

Prices keep going up. No way for handicap people to get upstairs. Stair handle been broken for 3 years. I'm taking my belongings out.
