My wife and I have been to this location a few times and every time we have left extremely satisfied. Brenda (the store manager) is a wonderful lady. She is really helpful and is the nicest person you’ll ever meet. We’ve met her a few times and she’s been absolutely great every time. I had reserved a storage unit inside the building but decided upon visiting the store that we needed a second one too. Brenda helped us find two side-by-side units on the first floor that were perfect for what we needed. She walked us to the units to make sure we are fully satisfied with everything. Every time we’ve been there, she’s been very helpful. She is simply amazing. Thank you Brenda! If I could give 10 stars I would!

We recently moved to the area and have been looking for a good storage. This facility is very clean and well kept. They have many security cameras both inside and outside, and climate control for units inside the building. This facility also has the nicest and most helpful staff.

Used Life Storage (formerly Uncle Bob's) for the past three summers because my daughter is an out of state student at NCSU. Brenda and Pete were always friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant experience. Their units are very clean and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing temporary or long term storage.

It's a very nice and safe facility. It's location is perfect and nearby where I live and commute. Brenda was very helpful and friendly in getting me the right sized storage unit. I highly recommend choosing Life Storage.
