Professional service, fair prices, and good selection of parts. I came in with a broken spoke with the intent to replace the spoke myself. The shop was super busy but the staff made a point to welcome me and politely said they would get to me in a moment. When they got to me they told me they could replace the spoke for me for a really good price, and, they fit me in right away! 
Bottom line, I came in, they took care of me, and got me back on the trail again.

I have done business with Knicker Biker for a year or so, in that time I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. While waiting my turn for service I have noted consistent service and courtesy to the customers before me.

Showing up on a busy Saturday with the expectation of instant repair service in any LBS does not seem reasonable to me. If I am in that much of a jam over a simple repair that will only take 10 minutes then I will do it myself.

Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, honest and helpful.  Amazing amount of inventory and selection.  They carry some great brands of bikes; Giant, Specialized and Yeti, some of the best out there!  I foresee that these guys are going to help grow the areas bicycling community.  I have noted they have organized some club rides and are working on planning some events as well showing up at community events as a face and a presence.  Hands on with people and businesses; to me this shows their commitment, interest and love for the cycling community no matter what size the tire.
