I've gotten my tires through Tires Plus for the past 5 years. This please was GREAT at the fact that they were able to get me on quick. Same day and out within 30mins BETTER YET on a Saturday with a nail in my tires. Told me everything looked good, nail wasn't on completely so they were able to get it out and my tires should be good to go. To ONLY find that my tire is FLAT once again because there was ANOTHER nail in my car. I love Tires Plus, they are great. But I don't don't if it's because I was a last minute one. They did not inspect it very well at all. I'm disappointed not at Tires Plus, maybe more of the location.

I needed a new battery so I called this store to check price & avail. of the battery. Assured me they had the battery so I made the appt. for 11:00 but arrived at 10:40. They were able to get me right in. Once there I was told they didn't have the battery & he assured me it would only take 20. min. to get one. An hour later they had the battery. While waiting I couldn't help but notice how filthy the carpets were and the bathroom, OH MY GOD, not fit for customers especially a women. There were 3 men in the office, two seemed to keep busy, the third just kept walking around& sitting down to watch TV. For god sakes man, help clean this place up! Everyone was friendly enough but waiting almost 2 hrs. to have a battery replaced is to long especially for someone who has to work!!
I WON'T GO HERE AGAIN!!!

Not the usual bullshit. Didn't try to oversell me on work that wasn't absolutely required. Told me my options and I chose the work. Didn't push it. Much better than the Westminster location.

After rotating the tires, realized an alignment my daughter's car was much needed  before she set out to  travel 1700  in the next few days; set up appt  last night online for 10 a.m. this morning, but called to cancel it because I booked another one closer.  When I called at 7 a.m. to cancel, Ariel deRivera was wonderful and was able to get us in right away as soon as I could get up there instead of waiting until 10 a.m.  The service was done quickly and efficiently (20 mins.).  Thanks again for being so accommodating.
