I recently used Big Paul's on the 17th of February. Let me say they was perfection, very professional and friendly from start to finish. The weather even got bad on us from dry cold to rainy, snow and ice. They remained perfect and professional to the point where they didn't mind the last minute changes that I needed due to the weather. Big Paul's and his movers was all about saving me Money.. How Great is that. From the owner to the movers they took care of my move. Awesome Company. They have my business and referral.

I observed the mover employee pick up a sofa recliner incorrectly and broke the arm away from the frame. He allowed it to be in a bind and the excessive leverage severed the wood frame. Everyone [4 people] heard a loud crack (twice) and the sofa was broken right then. I then heard the owner (Paul) refuse to be held accountable to his client (on the phone). I was appalled at the response. I will testify on the behalf of the client, in small claims court. The senior lady client told me, she hired them based on the good reviews. BUYER BEWARE

I needed to move everything to storage. Went above and beyond to make sure everything fit. Reasonably priced and great service. Will definitely use them again.

Just used Big Paul for a 1 bedroom out of state move from Cincinnati to Chicago. I was initially hesitant due to the 1 bad review, but I asked Paul and he openly and honestly explained what had happened with that prior move. Paul showed up on time with his cousin, and the move went seamlessly. He charged the exact price that he quoted me and took great care of our furniture. They placed each piece of furniture where we wanted it. I cannot thank Paul enough and will definitely use him for future moves.

Would recommend to anyone! Very fairly priced! Sent 3 to unload a 26 foot Uhaul that was about 1/3 full due to another company loading poorly, and completed the job in about an hour and fifteen minutes! Very friendly, careful, and efficient! Would definitely hire again!
