I just need to vent... We sold our house two years ago... We put our big items in storage with PODs... We were told that we would get free delivery when we found our final destination... So when we move back last year with my parents we combine our two pods into one... Now that we have to move again to our final destination they are charging us $269 for re-delivery... 
They never told us that last year when we combine the pods was considered our free delivery with our contact...
So I called them to dispute this charges. It took a whole week to speak with the right person last week. That person guaranteed me that the charges were going to be waived. Yesterday that I called to check my schedule for delivery; I was told that I was still getting charged the $269... 
My case was closed and not approved... No one called or email me to notify me... So if I didn't happen to call them they would of charged us without knowing...
We had a great experience with this company until now.. 
So note to self always get everything in writing, always get everything clear, always negotiate a better deal, and always ask a lot of questions before to do anything with them.
So they are unable to do anything for me.. But they will try to credit me a $69.99 charger that they did last year by mistake... So when it all said and done... We will be paying $199.. Still not happy with the results but a less we don't have to load n unload our things...
I just hope that they don't give me a hard time dropping of my pod because my driveway is too steep..
