I bought my Trek Emonda from them 2 years ago. It is a great bike; I love it! 

Bike Barn is a great place to buy. They are very honest. When I asked about the upgraded model which was maybe $800 to$1,000 more then the one that I picked, and I asked will I really notice it, and average rider like me, am I going to feel the thousand dollar difference? The answer was "probably not".

When I had small adjustments needing to be done, they knocked them out in 5 minutes and let me go with my bike. I did not have to leave it. 

There Saturday and Sunday rides are a lot of fun.

Great service from great people who know what they’re doing. What more do you want from a bike shop. They know the locals and the locals know them. The staff and ownership are active in the cycling community and you see them out at events. Not just supporting the events but riding in the events. They do what you do and love what you love. I really love this company for that reason alone. I have purchased three bikes and a lot of gear here over the years. The bikes ranged vastly in price. I got the same great service regardless of the price of the sale. I see the same staff year in and year out. That says something about the company and how they treat their team. They seem to be doing something right. The staff that know you greet you by name. They staff that don’t know you greet you by name the next time you come in. If you happen to see the owners in one of the stores, they will ask you if you have been helped and if everything is going well. They don’t tell you they own the place. They just want to make sure you’re getting great service. 
The service department is excellent. Well trained, talented bike enthusiast who love bikes and bike tech. They never treat you like you’re dumb and go out of their way to help you understand your bike and how to keep it running right. The sales staff is great. Never pressure to spend more nor will they push you into something that’s not right for you. I have bought bikes at other shops when it was a brand that bike barn didn’t sale. They were great as well but bike barn is the best in my experience much for the reason I mention above.  I clearly am not the average bike customer. I spend more time than many around bike shops, researching and buying gear. I do see a lot of transactions and customer engagement when I am in the shop buying something or shooting the bull. I see that all their customers get the same great treatment regardless of who they are or how much they are spending. Its seems to be in the DNA of the company. Don’t know that all BBs are the same but I suspect they are. I can say that Katy and Cypress are solid places to shop for bike stuff.
My two recommendations would be advanced maintenance clinics and a coffee bar in the shop so bike nerds could congregate and talk bike stuff.

Just left this store.  Service was impressive.  I bought the bike from them more than 2 years ago.  They told me that the manufacturer recommends bringing it back in 30 days later for a free adjustment.  I've ridden quite a bit and never took it back for that adjustment.  The chain has been slipping real bad (changing gears) for a few months.  I thought because it was a Saturday that I would have to leave the bike with them.  Maybe 2 or 3 minutes later they brought the bike back out.  I thought they were going to tell me that I'd have to bring it back or leave it with them.  Instead they said that it was fixed.  When I asked how much I owe they said nothing.  This is great customer service and made my day.  Can't wait for my weekly long bike ride tomorrow!  Thanks Jeff, Travis, and Jase for a job well done.  I will buy more bikes from Bike Barn.  You have definitely earned my business.

Voicemail says it is closed for 4th of July but its November now. Drove over and there was just a little sign in the window about closing at 5pm instead of 7pm today. I would have been nice to have this info on the voicemail.
