My first experience at this shop, this location. I had a hybrid bicycle sent here for assembly. Mark retrieved the bike for me, and helped me with the checkout, all the while offering helpful tips about the bike. Finally, above and beyond the call of duty, he helped me install a carrier onto my car, and secure the bike onto it. Thank you! I'll certainly be back for future needs.

Horrible, bought a "NEW" wheel and left bike there for repair and when I went back for it, they put on a REFURBISH one they had in their back warehouse and the MGR told me"sorry we quoted you on a 29" wheel and we later found out you have a 27" and luckly we had one." So technically I paid full price for a new wheel yet they put on a refurbished one..Very, very sketchy place.. Careful with this place, I have taken my business now to Urban Bicycles

I have been waiting 7 weeks (and counting) for the replace of a defective part of a new bicycle. They should be responsible for the brands they sell. Terrible costumer service.

Look, this place is very deceiving. They put up a front of providing great customer service, great bikes, and great deals. When I bought my bikes here, I thought that I was getting a great deal. I bought a good Mountain Bike for $1,100, and I bought the protection plan that came along with it. For a few months, the bike worked great, but then I found some major issues. Not only did they lie about the bike's components, the protection plan was a scam. NEVER go here for repairs. They charge you extra and don't actually do anything. For example, I was pretty fed up with the fact that instead of replacing my bent derailleur hanger, and they just wrenched it into position and charged me for a new one. When I broke my derailleur and asked for a new one, I came here and did a test. I put a small sharpie mark in the inside of the derailleur and asked for new one. Of course, when I came to pick it up, I noticed that the sharpie mark was EXACTLY where it was before. This meant that they didn't replace it but they claimed they did, and charged me full price even though I had the protection plan. They also refused to fix this because they claimed "I was the one that fixed it" which is such bull because I was literally in the shop there. PLACE IS A RIPOFF DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. To summarize: -They offer you a bunch of great deals that blind you from the fact that they lie about components -They do not repair your bike and they charge you extra -TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS I give them credit, they really know how to deceive innocent customers.

Great customer service. First Bike as an adult. Rode in the my first Critical Mass Bike Ride 3/31/17. Mark rocks and has helped us get the extra stuff for our bikes. Take out the Service Plan because you never know when or where an incident may occur. (Inside story). Plan is so worth it.
