I live in between two bike places and always choose this one. It's big with a large variety for novice and veteran bikers. The staff is very experienced and offer a variety of services. They are almost always friendly and always helpful. Thankful to have these guys around!

Bike selection is great. Quality bikes and prices are according to quality. Service is great from those knowledgeable mechanics and seles associates. I will go back for sure.

I've never been into a Bicycle World before and went in this weekend hoping to buy new bikes for my 2 sons ages 9 and 10 and the selection was not good. I was blown away how few bikes they had for this age group...I think maybe 4 total. And the 4 they had were WAY over priced. One was $400 and I asked why they were so expensive, the guy said because there are front and rear separate brakes and all of this fancy stuff. I was in shock and asked if he had anything not so specialized and he did not. I learned my lesson the hard way because we all walked here as it is a mile from our house, hoping to ride home together. PARENTS: Please do not waste a trip unless your littles are training to become pro BMX riders or some equivalent.

The guys there were great! Helpful and knowledgeable. U bought a bike rake and the put it together and put it on my vehicle. Also helped me with my bike.

Neighborhood bicycle shop? Not so much. 

Thank you BW, for reminding me today why I had stopped being a customer. 
I came in hoping to revive the 2 bikes I saved from Harvey (I lost 3 others, along with 2 cars and most of my belongings). "I heard you have a discount to help floodies like me?" I asked.  BW reply: "No. that was 6 months ago."

Ok. you're running a business, understood. But a reply that consisted of 1) 'sorry to hear you were impacted, 2) let's look at what you have, so i can give you some advice at least, 3) thanks for coming in'... any of that would have been nice. Any of the above, and a $20 discount...and might have spent the minimum $300 I was quoted per bike, sight unseen. I got none of that, and had to wait around before getting such service.

Like many people in my neighborhood, i'm still out of my house. I can fix these bikes myself, but right now I don't need the extra project, and was hoping to pay you, BW. Never mind. I'll do it myself, and that's the last time I ever visit your store.
