Bike Ohio carries everything from custom, hand-laid carbon road frames to entry level hybrids. We have a full service department and stock all of the accessories and clothing for cyclists of all levels from all disciplines.

Amazing bike shop with great customer service.  They're super knowledgeable about road and mountain bikes.  I've purchased multiple bikes here - they take the time to fit you on it and ensure that you leave completely satisfied.  Even if just stopping in to fix an issue with bikes or something simple like purchasing a new chain, they will thoroughly check everything over.  I cannot say enough about this shop!

Bike Ohio became my shop of choice two years ago, and although I've moved away from the Cleveland area, their customer service is so beyond anything I've ever experienced from a bike shop, I couldn't leave the shop behind! The owner, Chad, has gone above and beyond for me countless times, whether it be supporting a warranty, or special ordering parts not immediately in stock. Chad even personally delivered a new mountain bike I purchased last year, and spent a day with me in Ellicottville, NY dialing in the bike and riding the awesome trails.

I bought my fiance a bike from Bike Ohio, and they have provided bikes to several other friends and work colleagues. Each transaction has been a great experience, and all remain highly satisfied with Bike Ohio's service.

Another reason to recommend Bike Ohio, is the work they do to support their local community. The shop hosts monthly "teach kids to bike" clinics in the Chagrin Falls area, and has donated a significant number of bikes to children's charities over the past two Christmas seasons! What an incredible commitment to service, not only to their customers, but to the cycling community as a whole.

Again, I really can't say enough about every interaction I've had with Bike Ohio the past two years, I only wish they could open a branch wherever I happen to live!

I have had nothing but positive experiences at Bike Ohio. I bought my first bike from the shop just a few months back and the staff were able to set me up with a nice ride and answer whatever questions I had, as I am new to the sport. The staff will go out of their way to make sure you are totally satisfied and find the perfect bike for you, and will even get you fitted for a bike before you commit to a purchase. Aside from being the shop where I bought my bike, Chad and his guys have been great for service and helping me keep it in great shape. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a new bike, as I refer all of my friends with interest in cycling to Bike Ohio... go see for yourself!

Bike Ohio is by far the best bike shop I have been to, both here in Chagrin Falls and my college town.  Nothing compares to their level of service, quality, and attention to detail when it comes to providing the right bike for you.  Every employee genuinely cares about each customer and is willing to help in any and every way possible, going above and beyond what is asked of them.  I would highly recommend you give Bike Ohio a shot, whether you're in the market for a new bike or just need simple repairs or tune-ups, I can guarantee you will be satisfied.

Loving this bike shop!
Both my road bike and mountain bike are riding like new after getting tune ups from this shop.  They also, helped adjust my wife’s bike so she had a much more comfortable ride. 
It’s great having a shop in town that really loves cycling and the culture that goes with it.  
You can find great bikes at almost any shop, finding a great bike shop on the other hand is the real trick!
