Has always been a good place to get things fixed ... not very organized but good work.. I've been going here for years my last visit was not very satisfying but I'll hope that it was just a bad time for owner and not a glimpse of things to come

Well can't say I hate it can't say I like it but very disappointedTook in 2 pair of boots to be stretched the first week of August 2016 was told to check back in a week on a Monday. What the guy didn't tell me is they aren't open on Monday. So I've called many times since August 15, 2016 and no answer. Went there on Saturday they're supposed to open at 9 am. NOPE no one shows up. Called while sitting outside the store no answer. Waited 20 min no one shows up. Leave to run up to store come back store closed AND no one answers my call. I leave come back by about 10:30am. STILL CLOSED!!!! Called no answer. Called again at 11:15 no answer. I WANT MY BOOTS BACK!!! I will keep calling today.

I had a pair of scuffed high heels. They said they couldn't repair the scuffs because of the material, but could give them a touch-up and see if that helped. Fair enough. Waited six weeks. Finally called and the person who answered the phone immediately said he was too busy to talk to me and he'd call later, before I could barely get a word out. When we finally connected on the phone, the shoes hadn't even been touched up yet. When I picked the shoes up (at this point, not really caring if I got them back anymore or not), they were a different - and very gross - color. The worst part was the staff didn't seem to care that I was upset about the service. When I asked what the deal was, the guy just kind of shrugged and it was obvious he wanted me to leave so he could talk to the next customer. They didn't charge me anything for my trouble, which was fine, because it wasn't as if I was about to agree to pay anything at that point, anyway.

THE OWNER SPRAY PAINTED a pair of Steve Maddens I took in to get repaired and re-stained for my fiancé!!!  (see the result in the photos) He then proceeded to get defensive when I called him out on it and we ended up yelling at each other from across the street.... Need I say more? Do NOT give this jerk your business!

Two pairs of boots were brought in for repair. After several weeks I tried to get my boots back and they were lost. I went to the shop multiple times with no luck finding my boots as well as the shop not being open during the posted times. I was told several times that someone would call, and nobody would call. After 6 weeks my boots were found. One pair was repaired, the other pair was not repaired.
