Worst experience ever!!! I bought an expensive electric bike through their website last Friday. The transaction was approved and I received a confirmation email from the seller saying that he will contact me shortly to arrange delivery. However, as I hadn't heard back from them for 3 days, I contacted the seller on Monday. To my surprise, the seller said that he was not going to fulfill my order because bikeexchange had flagged the transaction as fraudulent. Consequently, I called bikeexchange and they explained that it was because my billing address was abroad and it didn't match with my shipping address in the US. Although I sent them copy of my ID and offered them to provide any document or information for them to verify my identity, they informed that the transaction couldn't be approved, without giving  me further explanations. To summarize this negative experience: (I) bikeexchange charged me $1,800 for an e-bike, (ii) they unilaterally decided to cancel my order 3 days after the purchase without notifying me, and (iii) according to them, they issued my refund only today (4 days later), so I still don't have sufficient credit in my card to purchase the bike from another seller, which is causing me a huge damage since I need the bike ASAP. 
DUE TO THE FOREGOING, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING THROUGH BIKEEXCHANGE'S WEBSITE

These guys are awesome! They and their suppliers fixed a mix-up with my order as soon as I got in touch with them, and did it with great good humour. Matt Gordin and his team really care about their customers. I thoroughly recommend these guys, and I'll definitely be back!

Bike Exchange has been a great asset to our store and a great advantage to our customers. We are able to effectively compete on the online market while protecting our profit margins and the brand's policies. Is a great way to tackle customers beyond the storefront and expande the reach of our products beyond our sales floor. We are happy to be part of it and we wish for it to continue to evolve in keeping local bike shops competitive in this dynamic market.

Sometimes you can tell how good an organization is when things go wrong. 
I had a simple order for gels go sideways and BikeExchange, specifically Candice, went above and beyond what I would have expected to correct a relatively small order.   They had a vendor go AWOL and Candace communicated very promptly, kept me updated,  and corrected the situation to my great satisfaction.   -- Fred Rodkey

BikeExchange have really boosted our sales. We are reaching parts of the market we haven't been able to tap into previously. BikeExchanges helpful staff and their well built, easy to use system are to thank for this. Highly recommended.
