First time customer today, and for sure lifetime customer! Needed a rear shock seal kit so looked up a bike shop near by.  When I went to buy the kit to do it myself, they let me borrow a shock pump because they didn't want me to have to wait till Tuesday to bring my shock back to get pumped upped! Customer service/relationships should be like this everywhere!

The OC Bike Garage is the real deal but without the superiority complex of other shops. Cory and his guys are highly skilled, willing to answer both simple and complex repair questions, and are willing to work on almost any bike. Prices are fair, though due to the popularity of the shop, turn around times can be a bit long. Would recommend.

Stopped in for a quick gear tune up on my electric bike. Fast, friendly and efficient at a fair price. These guys are always a pleasure to deal with.
