Zach and the team at Velosoul are awesome!  They have always taken great care of me but went above and beyond yesterday.  I was hit by a car during my ride.  Thankfully I was ok but my bike got messed up.  By the time I got away from the scene it was 6pm and I knew Velosoul was closed but I decided to swing by just in case.  Zach had already locked up and was getting ready to head home but he unlocked the door for me, quickly checked my bike out and took it to give it a more thorough inspection today.  This is why I don't go anywhere else!

Zach was extremely helpful with my bike pump/tire issues and walked me through how to solve my problem. He also recommended some great products and explained why I should select them over others. Unlike other shops he was more interested in solving my problems and less about making as much money as he could. Therefore I will be a repeat customer and look forward to coming to Velosoul for my future bike needs.

Great shop so far.. been twice, gal was very knowledgeable - liked that there was also a woman on staff. I grew tired of going to Turin and not knowing what bi-polar personalities I had to deal with on any given day. I will Def return my biz here!

These guys are great! They are reaaoreaso priced, quick and friendly. They go above and beyond for their customers! Highly recommend!

Kaylee was great and assisted me in getting my custom bike in tip top shape! Prices were fair and service was incredibly fast. I will be going back for all my servicing needs.
