Stopped by to check out some specific road shoes and the service was flawless; very knowledgeable, friendly, responsive to questions/concerns and, best of all, no pushy sales process. Unfortunately the shoes didn't end up being what we were looking for but we would not hesitate to return for any other needs. They also have a great selection of high quality inventory.

Came in quite some time ago. The guy who assisted me was quite arrogant for no reason. I'm sure the shop is great but I choose Elevation Cycles and Chocolate Spokes as bike shops for my steel frame, now. Very friendly and personable. Another time perhaps, Turin.

Incredible experience at this shop! I brought my bike in for some new slime tubes and the service was fast, professional, informative and friendly. The service tech had my bike on the rack within 10 minutes. I was in and out within 30 and he even gave my bike a complimentary tune up (not sure if this is typical so I wouldn't expect this complimentary service). I recommend this shop 100%. Thanks fellas!

Its an OK shop to stop in for basic maintenance. I had some unusual touring gear shifting issues that I needed fixed - after butchering a new front derailleur they finally declared it "fixed" and I took it to a different shop and had it for reals fixed. They didn't charge me for the hassle.
