This is such a great little bike shop! Royal was so helpful and provided great customer service. I found this shop while looking for a used bike for my husband for Christmas. Although I found a great bike, the fit was not right for my husband. He was able to bring the bike back and exchange for another one that worked perfectly for him. They have a great selection of bikes and accessories for great prices. I can't recommend this place enough! We will definitely be back!

After months of trying to repair my bike on my own and still unable to get it working properly, I took it here and on the first try they found the problem and replaced the front rim for me. What a night-and-day difference, it works like new! I only deducted a star because they told me I'd get a call for a cost estimate and another call to let me know what it was ready to be picked up (estimated 1 day). I didn't receive either call, but it was finished when I called on day 3. Regardless, fair price for the tune-up

I walked out to my bike and realized I had a flat tire; I was not prepared with spares or a pump. Bikes on Broadway was still open (it was 5:20pm and they close at 5, they still had the door open and welcomed me in). Like I said, I didn't have any equipment with me, and the employee/owner (unsure) happily set me up with a spare. $14 for tube & work time to replace it. Walking into the store was like walking into a dream, awesome vintage road bikes literally lined the walls, tires, frames, parts.. It's awesome, and I would recommend Bikes on Broadway to any cyclist. Thanks so much for the help! I need new wheels, and I'll absolutely be back!

Every time I walk into this place, the owner and staff are incredibly welcoming. It is so refreshing and they have spent so much time just humoring me and letting me play with stuff. They have an excitement for what they do that is very inviting. They are also very helpful and knowledgeable.

They did an amazing job tuning up my bike and this is definitely my go-to bike shop now! Royal and Tommy are knowledgeable and passionate about bikes and customer service. Very helpful
