Excellent staff.... very polite and easy to talk to. We purchased my grand-kids' bikes and they helped out in every way possible, even loading them up in the van in the snow! Will definitely recommend to everyone I know.

I took my bike in to have the brakes fixed, and the service was terrible. They told me it would be ready the next day, and that the cost of repairs would be $30, but when I went in to pick it up the next day, it wasn't ready. They said they would call when it was. I waited two days before going in again to check. It still was not ready. Again they said they would call me when it was ready. They did not. When I went back in again a few days later, they said it was ready, and asked me to wait while they brought it out. The technician then  placed the bike on the stand and proceeded to work on the breaks for about 15 minutes. When it was finally time to pay, they told me the cost was now $60. When I asked why the price had changed, they told me that they had to use different parts. When I asked why they didn't call me first to confirm that I wanted to spend the extra money, their answer was "well, it was already up on the stand...". Seriously?
I would not recommend BikeSports to anyone. Save your sanity and go somewhere more professional.

Bought a Giant TCR from the guys at bikesports. They gave me last years model for an absolute bargain! Impeccable service and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.
