This shop (my exposure is limited to service only) has amongst the best customer service I have ever come across. These guys, Andy specifically have been amazing to deal with. They are always willing to make time for me, and do excellent work. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. This is what all businesses should strive for. Thanks again guys!

The shop is clean and had a decent selection but customer service is horrible at best. I brought in my commuter bike and was treated with the lowest priority. I just wanted my bearings in my bottom bracket serviced but they kept pushing a replacement part on me. In the end they were unable to take apart the bb because it was seized. While waiting for my bike in the shop the 4 staff members on hand didn't even choose to speak with me, maybe because I wasn't the type of client they wanted. I might not ride a $2000 bike but customer service is key. I'll be taking my bike to Urbane co-op cycle where the type of bike you ride doesn't determine your level of service.

Great bike shop! Good selection of a range of bikes and products. Terrific staff that have a high level of knowledge of all things bike. I've bought things ranging from kids bikes to pumps and shirts. I also have my bikes worked on by their mechanics. I've always been satisfied.

Good bikes, but certainly not the cheapest price. Folks who are suggesting it's a cheap shop, may be paid or not expert in Toronto bicycle scene. If you do a bit of research, some of their cycles are actually overpriced. But overall good shop.

I've never purchased anything from here or even visited this place but I know that this place will be the first place I go the next the I need something for my bike. I just broke the key to my u-lock and called them and the guy I spoke to was very friendly and able to guide me through what I needed to do to remove my lock. Although they don't do off-site lock removals, they're patient and I can tell they care about local cyclists.
