My boyfriend and I have gotten into purchasing and restoring older BMX bikes. We have been able to get parts here that no other bike store carries. If they do not have it in stock they have no trouble doing their best to order us what we need. Devon and the staff at Spoke O' Motion have been so knowledgeable and helpful. It's not uncommon for us to call up if we have a question. The guys will help us over the phone, and are so patient and kind.  They have a vast knowledge of not just new but older bikes as well, and I have really enjoyed learning and getting into such a great hobby.  I would recommend this store and the staff to anyone looking to repair and ride their bikes.

This company deserves 10 stars!! Amazing costumer service. Great products and they make you feel like family. They got my son the bike he wanted and made sure he got it for his birthday! Even if it meant staying late and bringing it to me after hours. Special thanks to Nigel for making this happen. I am forgetful of names, but all the staff there were very friendly and helpful. Thank you again!

Went to look and see what they had for a starter road bike that I was going to use mainly on a trainer. Felt the salesmen was just too aggressive and was trying to sell me on things I didn't need like really light frame and disc brakes. The bike he was mainly pushing was a great bike (Caad 12) just not what I needed. You can tell they are passionate and want to help, just felt a little overwhelmed since I wanted to go back home read more reviews about the bikes to get a better understanding of the options presented, but you can tell the salesmen wanted a deal today understandably lol.  Didn't buy a bike from them this time but will still consider them if I do want another.

Today was our first visit to the store, and this place has a great vibe and great service.  Myles the owner and another associate helped us work through picking some bikes that were practical and would fit our lifestyle.  Extremely knowledgeable and really friendly team. Highly recommend you visit.
