Amazing service. Meet the shop team at one of my Triathlons and then again at the International bike show. Bought my first TT bike from them at the show. Each time I was treated like family. Major attention to detail and making sure I left happy. Great bike fitting service and 100% customer satisfaction. My new bike shop for everything cycling!!

Best shop experience I've ever had. Talk about top notch service from a guy name Reggie who looked after my wheel axle issue and spent a lot of time explaining what was wrong and what needed raplacing when I was there last Sunday. I hope the other guys in the store will follow Reggie's good, honest and friendly vibes. Thanks...

The staff may know bikes, not sales. I accompanied my wife on the weekend while she was comparing tri-bikes. My questions about service received to my humble Giant hybrid were answered back with suttle comments and rolling eyes. My wife sees everything. Condecending treatment because I ride a hybrid or WHATEVER the reason is unprofessional. That wasnt all staff, but going out the door the guy on cash got my wifes unmistakeable look of there will be no further sales or service from us. Knowing bikes isnt enough. Basic sales of patience and respect for customers is No. 1. Too bad, we have future higher end bike purchases coming.

Great experience and friendly and knowledgable staff. I bought a new road bike from the store (Felt FDR). I was given the right advise and there was a full support behind the bike especially as i went back for minor adjustments after the purchase. I got the bike at a very competitive price. Highly recommended.
