The first half dozen sessions are Hell - hot and uncomfortable, but then comes the breakthrough and you feel better, and afterwards, absolutely wonderful - cleansed, more relaxed, healthier.  You sweat your butt off.  It's not for wimps.  Everybody is welcome no matter your size, shape, age, race, or orientation.  Not much socializing.  We are serious about our practice.

This is not your average yoga class, come ready to work. Before class, drink a lot of water and slow down at least 30 minutes before class. Be prepared to work for 90 minutes. It will be very hard the first few times, then it will get better. This yoga practice will change your bode and health if you give it time. The only downside is that there no relaxing music, scented oils, etc. You work and you focus on your body, breath, and movement.

Have you done the 30 classes in 30 days? I did and it was the most amazing personal experience I've had to date. From the students to the staff every person here is here to enjoy the 105 degrees and 40% humidity. The best ALL DAY HAPPY HAPPY HOUR IN OMAHA ever class is $5.00

Best Bikram studio out of the 50 studios I have trained in. Clean fresh air, carpet on concrete gives solid footing for balance, spacious room, exceptionally gracious, welcoming and skilled staff make it the best of the best. The teachers give of their heart when they teach and the benefits of the practice will extend the length and quality of your life by cleansing the organs and internal pathways. With regular practice you will grow younger, stronger and vibrant from the inside out. This practice is the cheapest and the best health insurance policy you could have. I am so grateful for the way it has solved so many health issues I have had. Everything in the body is strengthened from the muscles around the knees and ankles to the internal sphincters of the digestive pathway to the finger joints and elbow realignment. If you want a long healthy life do this practice. It will fix whatever ales your body. Healing and strengthening your body will heal your soul because your soul lives inside your body and it relies on a strong body to express itself and connect with the earth. See you on the mat!

Paddy is extremely knowledgable and passionate about all things Bikram.  This studio is incredibly welcoming to students from all walks of life, whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a newbie.  Treat yourself to a visit- you've deserved it!
