I started my New you challenge 3 weeks ago and I'm loving it. I was intimidated at first because i have never done crossfit in my life so I didn't know what to expect but after the first week of going to class and getting to know everyone I loved it my coach Greg Petersen makes everyone feel comfortable and he's very patient and will work with you and repeat anything a thousand times if he has to hint me I forget a lot lol . I also love that they have a 6 am class so I can get my workout in before going to work .I really do recommend this place everyone here is super cool and sweet but don't let that fool you the classes are intense every time!! You'll have a love and hate relationship with burpees and squats ..

Nikki and Mark are top instructors, very knowledgeable and friendly. They're always helpful, making sure your technique is correct and they encourage you to go outside your comfort level so that you end up doing a better workout than what you thought you could do. There are different workouts each day, so you never are bored. After doing the 45 minute workout, I know my whole body had the best workout possible. Even after just 2 weeks of working with the kettle bells my back, arms and legs felt stronger, my knee pain has decreased and most of all - it's really fun!!!!

Mark and Nikki are superb instructors. Their attention to technique, daily unique workouts, and fun, motivating atmosphere make for an awesome full body workout! In only 3 weeks, I've seen a huge improvement in so many areas and would highly recommend SG Human performance to anyone!
