Beautiful club with spectacular views & award winning sunrises!  Staff fabulous, friendly & make you feel at home!  Great equipment, classes & lockers/ showers!  Love Zumba & yoga classes.  I like the theater room... great movies & often you stay working out to see the end of the movie!  It’s easy to stay inspired as you watch others working out.... those just beginning the journey & those who have reached their goals & maintaining! I really like this gym. I am not a person that normally enjoys a workout, but there are several features that help me push through. My favorite part is the 'cardio theater', where they literally play movies on a big screen while you run or bike ^_^. I can work out without even knowing! Much better than videos on my phone... I also like the indoor track on the second floor. Treadmills are fine, but sometimes I want to run somewhere so the track is nice. The staff is very friendly, and I enjoy the pool for an extra workout and cool down.

Love love love.  Wish the Staff wasn’t always changing but the site itself is awesome.  Great cardio cinema. Tons of weights and spaces to work out.  Plenty of miscellaneous equipment and room for circuit training. Great classes with a variety of levels to engage everyone on their fitness journey.  Mike G. is an awesome Personal Trainer.  Love this place.

clean facility and a great staff.  Worked with Shawn and Marcus floor personal training,  both knew their stuff and very helpful.  Machines that break are usually up and running in 24 hours from my experience. Kid loves the kids club too so it's fun for the family to come down.

I want to give this place 0/5 because they definitely don't deserve even 1/5. Customer service is lacking big time. They do not care about you as a person, only the money they can make off of you. 

I was mis-guided from the start, my trainer didn't even show up to my first session, they didn't listen to my schedule of times to workout that would work for ME, and when I went to cancel (not even four days later from signing up) I was told there was nothing they could do about the $300 cancellation fee. 

Aaron K was extremely rude to me on the phone when I asked to cancel, and if I would have treated my customers the way he treated me I would've been fired. 

So, be careful of signing up. And definitely go to a different gym than the one on Sprague if you want to be treated with respect.
