This company delivers exceptional, professional quality in service rendered from the time you call, and even after the job is done. As they always follow up, after the job is completed,  with a call asking how did you like their service? 

I had my hot water tank replaced and new plumbing risers installed which both needed for a company to come out asap. This company did just that, fitting me into an already tight schedule. Once here, they did the work, cleaned up the mess which I insisted I would do, and they would not hear of it. They carefully explained while they shown me what exactly was done. 

Today I received two calls from them which one call was about if they could further save me money from the job (Homeowners Insurance), and to see how satisfied I was about their service rendered. Amazing quality in service and customer care. Anyone reading this know you are a fool if you do not call these guys first! Thank you Bill Frusco Plumbing!

Wonderful service. They replaced both our water and waste pipes in a day. The cleanup job was great. They were polite and very efficient. I'm grateful for a job well done!

I called in the evening about a toilet problem and they were here the next day in the afternoon.Serviceman wore foot coverings and explained the issue and it was fixed within 30 minutes. You'd never know he was here. Also, I showed him a leaking elbow in the basement and he arranged to have someone come on the next day,Saturday. This man was also very professional. Again, you'd never know they were here. Highly recommend.

AC died. Called Frusco's to get it checked. Techs were there the next day ( a little later than initially expected). Found and replaced a bad capacitor but it still did not work. Turned out it was the condenser motor. Gave me an estimate and asked if I wanted to give a deposit to replace AC and heater (did not feel pressured). No charge for the visit. I wanted to wait til the next day to see if another person would contact me with another opinion. That did not happen so I called F's and dropped off a deposit. Guys were here 8AM the next morning. Didn't finish til 6:30 PM. They answered all my questions and put me at ease. As far as I can tell, an excellent installation, no mess left behind.
Would be 5 stars but I have to say that the old units were from Frusco's and lasted 12 years. I would have expected longer. Can't comment on price because I have no comparison.

On Sunday, June 18, 2017, I called Bill Frusco Co and left a message  for emergency replacement of a sidewalk trap in West Philly. Roto-Rooter had snaked out the trap and waste line the day before and informed me that the trap needed replacement. To my surprise, Bill Frusco called me the same evening and sent John to the site on Monday. Then I didn't hear from them with an estimate. I called and emailed them to find out when I could get an estimate. On Wednesday, the secretary said I would get an estimate in 20 minutes via an email I had provided. It never happened! There was no follow-up. Period!! 

Why would a company be so eager to respond to a job request and never follow up on it? Whatever reason, it speaks quite poorly of the management of this company.
