Finally a company who has great service & fair prices. Unlike some of whose big name companies who want $400. to clear a drain. Being a senior citizen & a disabled Vietnam veteran on a fixed income it's good to have a company like "Guarantee Plumbing & Heating" that I can count on for help at a fair price. Thank you for your quick service!!!               P.S. 2 big named companies gave me estimate for over $400. for a clogged drain. Guarantee Plumbing & Heating $150. 15 minutes done!!!   Thank's again!

Guaranteed made over my bathroom and I couldn't be more pleased. My pipes were completely replaced along with a new floor, bathtub, vanity and toilet. The guys were courteous and kind in every way. Bill Sr. explained everyday what would be done and they even finished ahead of schedule. Thanks Bill Sr., Bill Jr. and Glen for a job well done.

I do not recommend Guaranteed Plumbing.  I called their number and spoke with Harold.  I explained the job I needed to have done.  He told me that it was an unusual request and needed to speak to the plumber.  He put me on hold and came back and told me he's not interested in doing the job.  When I asked why he couldn't give me an explanation.  He put me on hold again after I gave him some more details.  He came back and said he's not interested in doing the job without explanation and threatened to hang up on me!  

It seems like Guaranteed Plumbing is only good for cleaning drains and basic plumbing jobs.  If you have anything outside of their limited competence, then definitely don't waste your time with them.

FRIENDLY, PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!

Called in the morning for a clogged main stack at my house. They were able to fit me in the same day around my schedule. They quoted me a time and price and called when they were on their way. Once they showed up, they diagnosed the problem and got right to it. Problem was solved the first time for the price quoted and they even cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone.

Quick. Reliable. Courteous. What else are you looking for in a company?first time homeowner and were more than happy to come in and fix everything the old owner messed up. Their technician Ed was friendly and experienced. After fixing multiple problems, ed even gave me some tips to help keep my new home running smoothly. Guaranteed gained a lifetime customer out of me. Couldn't recommend a company more than them.
