My experience was great both State Farm Insurance and Bill Marsh collision and paint I didn't really have to do anything drop my car Hertz rental car of Traverse City came and pick me up, they fixed it and called me when it was done. thanks to Hertz rental car, Tim Collins of State Farm and Bill Marsh Auto Body for their fantastic jobs and making this a very easy pleasant experience

They honestly don't deserve 1 star. We had some body work done at the dealership. The communication was horrible from the team. When the vehicles was finished or so they had told us, there was several OBVIOUS items wrong with the car still. I would never recommend anyone to take their vehicle here.

Excellent and friendly service. We had the unfortunate luck of having a car back up into us in a parking lot while we we were on vacation. As a result, our driver side door wouldn't open. We pulled into Bill Marsh's and 5 min later we were on the road again. No charge, just a smile and a handshake. Thank you again for your help!
