I heaven needed a bike shop Bill's Bike Shop deserves it above all other. Although slightly pricey, the price you pay equates for the quality of their phenomenal products! They have the best of the best in mountain bikes and running shoes and if you ever wanted to run a marathon in the north pole, they have the best to prepare you for it! Don't even get me started on the staff, they alone will motivate you to run with their hospitality and honesty. The staff truly care for the customer, not for the cash. If I could give this more stars I would. I will definitely be going back within the month!

I'll be honest, when I first went in here I had a biased opinion based on some negative reviews. But my experience was great!

I've been in multiple times over the last couple of months while looking for new bikes for myself and my wife. I've always been helped quickly and not once did anybody give me the impression they were too busy to talk even though a couple of times I came in shortly before they were going to close.

I've talked to Abel, Ethan and Doug and every one of them has been real friendly and helpful, especially Ethan. They let me test ride quite a few bikes to make sure I could make an informed decision before purchasing.

Overall I was both surprised and very pleased with my experience here. Even though I tried bikes at other stores (where to be honest I ALSO had good experiences) I ended up purchasing a 2018 Specialized Crosstrail hydraulic disc model because it just "fit me" the best.

So don't let some of the negative reviews on here dissuade you from coming in!

I recently bought my bike through bill and had great customer service from Abel! He then found a decently priced Helmet for me, because safety first. All and all I had a great experience!

I'm a long haul trucker  pulled up close to there the staff hauled my bike into the store fixed it in a timely  manner and wasy2 out the door .. place is really  nice and the staff was great thanks guys

I have been so impressed by the exceptional customer service here.  They make me feel like royalty.  I have participated in many athletic events with Bill's, have gotten my bike repaired here and on Monday, I purchased my new bike here. They fussed over me and helped me every time I came to the store.  They helped me connect with people in my upcoming triathlon.  They truly go above and beyond to serve their customers and visitors.
