Love the layout of the place, they have a little bit of everything. Their staff is top notch, they know how to fix bikes! My sister was building a bike and stopped by to buy parts and ask for suggestions about which type of shocks, brakes, etc. she should get and they shared the pros and cons of different options. And even let her come borrow a tool for 30 seconds instead of having to go buy one when she'd likely never use it again. Very friendly and knowledgeable, a little expensive-but they do sell good quality.

The staff here is always very helpful. I always feel like they are more interested in me as customer rather than making money off of me. I trust them to recommend something helpful to my situation rather than try to sell me something I don't really need. Their prices are also very affordable, in some cases lower than most stores I have been to. I am a big fan of this place and would recommend it to anyone in Rexburg.

These guys are great to deal with. First because they are honest and always take care of their customers and second because they are knowledgeable seeing how they are enthusiasts and enjoy what they are doing!!!!! You will always leave here feeling good and have as smile on your face because they will make sure you get what you need, nothing more, nothing less!!! Love these guys and love their store!!!!!
