The staff is knowledgeable and eager to help. Refreshing change from the box stores, but you will pay a bit more.

My husband chooses this store and Ace. He prefers these to box stores. We had a irrigation part to return, purchased on my credit card so we knew they just had to scan it into their computer to find that I purchased it there. The clerk was pretty sure we didn't purchase it there and was borderline  rude about it. She called her manager to help and he was helpful but still we felt like the clerk didn't believe us. After finally finding the duplicate part and realizing I did actually purchase it there and wasn't just trying to scam them the clerk was nicer. I was going to buy a top of the line lawn mower there but I'm now going to Ace for that. I did purchase a really nice tiller there a few years ago. Dang, don't treat people that way.
