One of the vehicles in my driveway was broken in to while I was at work, and among other things my house keys were taken. I took all of my exterior doorknobs (deadbolt, keyless entry, and garage exterior) in to ACE late after work and they turned them around quickly for a more than reasonable price. I had knew keys and new locks within half an hour, and the staff was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

The staff is always very helpful. The layout of the store is really good and easy to find what I need.

I went to ACE to have some keys made. I had to wait while the person ahead of me was having a key remade that didn't work. The employee who was making the keys was inexperienced. I got my keys cut, tried them and they didn't work. I returned to ACE to have them remade, which they did. I looked at the keys and they were again cut wrong. They got a different employee to remake them for the third time, then charged me more for the key blanks. What a lot of trouble just for keys, trips back and forth, and I feel that I shouldn't have been charged more because of all the trouble they caused me. Very disappointed!!!!
