Great local hardware store. Lots of hardware with helpful friendly people.

I am the Maintenance Manager for a large organization in Billings.  I look for good service and quality parts to maintain our buildings will.  I tend to shop local if all possible and stay away from Big Box stores.  This Ace Hardware is one of the best for customer service.  I frequent the store almost five days a week and never once have I been able to sneak in and buy something without a hello or may I help you.  Believe me I have tried to get by them.  All the staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the product on the shelf.  If they don't have it in the quantity that I need they have it within a few days.  They are not always the best in price but by the time I run to the west end I have spent what I save in fuel.  You will not go wrong with the State Avenue Ace Hardware.

Always treated with friendliness n respect. The employees here go out of their way to help you. This Ace Hardware is my favorite of all the Ace stores in Billings.
