We shop here a lot. The crew and staff of Laurel Ace Hardware are friendly and very helpful. If one person can't help you with your problem, rest a assured that they will get you to the right person. One gentleman that works there, knows more about our housing pipes than we do. Ross had helped us 5 times in one day, just to make sure that we got the right parts for our water leak. Very helpful and knowledgeable in his lounge of work. I recommend going to Laurel Ace for all your needs around the house.

Fantastic hardware store. Good selection for the size of the store. Almost always find what I need so I don't have to drive into Billings. They have also ordered stuff in for me. Super helpful staff. Have had many great experiences there over the years. One time I was with my 2yo getting a big list of items for the house, including gutters. Went to Home Depot and couldn't get anyone to talk to me for more than 5 seconds, much less help me. Left there and went straight to Laurel Ace Hardware. They took my list, filled a cart, ordered in what they didnt have, and then loaded my truck. All I had to do was watch my daughter and pay. Sure, it cost a little more. But I would have paid even more than I did for that level of service.
